Refunds


If you need a refund, we’ll make it quick and easy! Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. You’ll see the credited amount back in your original payment method shortly after. Please refer the cancellations clause for more about refunds in detail below.

Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you need to cancel an order before it’s been shipped, we can offer a full refund minus a small processing fee of Payment gateway and Platform chareges (about 4% for domestic and 7% for international orders). Please contact us for cancellations at hello@prakruthipickles.com

After Shipping: If the order has already left our hands, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns


Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—like a damaged or incorrect item—reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with a proper recorded video of the issue. Once we review, we’ll set things right, either with a replacement or a refund.

To keep things fair and secure, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that seem suspicious or don’t follow our terms.
