PAYMENT INFORMATION

For domestic payments, you can choose from UPI options like PhonePe, Paytm, and Google Pay, as well as Net Banking, Credit, and Debit cards. For international orders, simply select the PayPal wallet option at checkout to complete your purchase easily.

Refund

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the time we confirm your refund request. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

If you cancel before your order is shipped, only a small processing fee is deducted (4% for domestic and 7% for international orders). However, if the order has already shipped, return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.

Since our pickles are perishable, partial refunds aren’t available. If there’s a quality issue, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it!

Delivery

Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days. International deliveries may vary depending on customs and local postal services, but we aim for timely deliveries.

While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, we work closely with our courier partners to meet your preferred timeframe. If you have any delivery requests, feel free to let us know during checkout.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will generally attempt to redeliver the package. You can also reach out to us or the courier for further assistance.

Yes! We ship worldwide using DHL and others as our international courier partner. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, we offer free shipping within India for orders above Rs.1000.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.

Shipping & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of pickles, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order—like damage or a wrong item—please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with a proper video proof of the damaged item. We’ll review the claim and work with you to make it right.

Since we do not accept returns for consumable items, restocking fees are typically only applicable if an order is canceled after shipping. In such cases, a 35% restocking fee is applied.
